HOW IT WORKS

1. Fill out a fundraiser request.

Start by letting us know a little bit about your organization and what you’re raising funds for.

2. Set up your account.

Once we approve your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing the next steps in the process. You’ll link to a secure payment platform, Stripe, so you can receive your funds directly into your account without having to worry about checks or any money upfront.

3. Start making money!

You’ll receive your own custom webpage with your organization’s name on it, as well as a frictionless way for people to purchase car washes that will benefit your cause. It’s easy for you to share this link and easy for your supporters to buy a car wash. Additionally, you’ll receive a custom promotional flyer, and a real-time dashboard where you can keep track of how much money you’re raising, who your top sellers are, and how close you are to your goal!

Manage Membership Form

The pause will start on your next recharge date and continue until your selected restart date (please only pause up to six months). Pause request must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next recharge. To keep your payment information active during the pause period, you will be charged $0.01 per month. If you would like to resume washing earlier or modify your selected reactivation date, please contact our Customer Support Team at 440-884-4848.

If you have multiple accounts, a separate ticket must be submitted for each account request

We take pride in supporting causes and organizations that share our commitment to making a positive impact in the community, and we carefully evaluate each application to ensure that it meets our criteria. So while any organization is welcome to apply, we do prioritize those that share our values and mission.

You’ll set up a Stripe account to link to your bank account. Every seven days all the money you’ve raised will be automatically deposited into your account. There’s no waiting for the fundraiser to be over or waiting for a cut to be processed!

You’ll receive a custom dashboard where you can view all the funds you’ve raised in real time! You’ll be able to see the progress you’re making toward your goal and even the amount of money each person on your team is raising!

That’s not a problem. We’ve seen supporters from all across the country purchase car wash vouchers to send to relatives and friends nearby.
